Would you rather hear the cold, hard truth or sugar-coated sweet nothings?
Would you prefer that your partner pretend that he still loves you out of obligation of the years you've spent together or would you rather that he say out loud the words you have been fearing to hear all these while?
I guess this is what the phrase 'sometimes you've gotta be cruel to be kind' means.
If only everyone can get their heads around this notion,the world might just be a better place.
